- A R 10 000 booking fee is payable before any date will be booked. R 5000 thereof will go towards your final payment and the remaining R5000 will serve as a breakage deposit. Should your wedding/event be cancelled for any given reason you forfeit your deposit.
- All outstanding balances are to be settled in full 14 days prior to the wedding/event.
- Lombardini has the right to cancel any wedding/event should the invoice not be settled in full 14 days prior Lombardini reserves the right of admission.
- Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol or beverages onto Lombardini property, should these terms not be adhered to a R10 000 penalty will be charged to your bill and the wedding/event will be stopped immediately.
- Lombardini or any of its staff will not be held liable for any loss or injury as a result of negligence or any other cause. this also applies to any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the wedding/event. Lombardini will not be held responsible for any death, loss or injury incurred on our premises.
- Children should be supervised at all times
- The venue will close strictly at 16:00 the day prior to the event.
- All breakages and damages to lombardini property will be charged to the bill and paid by die client.
- No changes will be made to tables, settings or the venue after 12:00 the day prior the wedding/event.
- The venue will be available to the client on the day of the event until 01:00. every hour or any portion thereof will be charged at R1500 directly to the client.
- A generator is available on site. should there be a power outage during the ceremony and/or reception the generator will start automatically at no extra cost. Should the client wish to run the generator outside of ceremony or reception time there will be a R2000 fee per hour for the use of the generator for the clients account.
- Menu and food quotes/prices are subject to availablity and escalation of general food prices.
- All quotes are valid for a maximum of 30 days.
